Here's a slightly different take on the card in my last post. Can you spot the differences? I needed to make a quick card to go with a potted plant, so I layered two Top Note die cuts, punched out the greeting with the Designer Label punch and wrote a message on the back. I happened to have the plastic pick lying around (don't ever throw those away!), so I slipped it in and I was done!
I made this card a while back and never got around to posting it. This is one of my FAVOURITE sets from the Summer Mini Catalog! It's called Watercolour Trio, and it will only be available to order until August 31. This set makes really pretty cards quickly and easily, and you can combine the three flower/leaf images in it in an endless variety of ways. It also comes with three great sentiments and a little butterfly. I cased this card from Andrea Walford. I stamped off the Baja Breeze flowers once before stamping them onto the Very Vanilla cardstock to make them look softer.
Here's a simple and girly card for you today; from the shades of pink to the rhinestones, this is definitely a card for the girly-girl. A few new goodies on this card: the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, the crown from the Artistic Etchings stamp set, the new extra large scallop circle punch, and a sentiment from Because I Care (level 1 hostess set).
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
